- Networked lighting controls and Luminaire Level Lighting Controls
- LED street lighting (Ameren-owned and municipality-owned)

Heating, Cooling & Ventilation
Energy-efficient equipment upgrades can help businesses save energy and lower operating costs. Financial incentives are available for:
- HVAC equipment and controls
- Demand-controlled ventilation
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Steam traps
- Ground source heat pumps
- Water heating
- Smart thermostats
Water-Saving Devices
Water use is one area often overlooked by businesses as a source of potential energy savings. Financial incentives are available for:
- Faucet aerators
- High-efficiency shower heads

Specialty Equipment
From manufacturing to agriculture to hospitality and more, Ameren Illinois offers financial incentives for upgrading specialty equipment, including:
- Industrial equipment (compressed air, lithium ion forklift batteries, high-frequency battery chargers and more)

New Construction
By incorporating energy efficiency into the design and build process, your building project may qualify for new construction incentives. New Construction incentives include:
- Financial incentives for lighting projects, HVAC system upgrades, lighting and HVAC controls, refrigeration equipment, specialty equipment and custom projects
- Complimentary energy design assistance to help offset the cost of implementing energy-efficient strategies for commercial and multifamily buildings
- A design team participation incentive to offset design team time associated with program participation

Instant Incentives
The Instant Incentives program offers discounts on energy-efficient equipment purchased through qualifying distributors. Instant Incentives allow you to receive discounts at the time of purchase, so you won’t have to wait on a rebate check or for your project to be completed, and no application is necessary.
