How to Become a Residential Program Ally Contractor

2. Submit an Enrollment Form

After viewing the training video, please complete and submit an Online Enrollment Form to continue your registration as an Ameren Illinois Program Ally.

3. Determine If You Need to Become an ICC Certified Installer

To determine whether you need to become an Illinois Commerce Commission Certified Installer, click here. To apply to become an ICC Certified Installer, visit the ICC’s website.
