As a registered Business Program Ally, you’ll gain access to free technical training, project support, marketing support, and more. In addition, you will be able to offer energy efficiency incentives for your customers.

All members of a project team are welcome, including: architects, engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.

How to Become a Business Program Ally Contractor

2. Submit an Enrollment Form

After viewing the training video, please complete and submit an online enrollment form to continue your registration as a Program Ally.

3. Determine If You Need to Become an ICC Certified Installer

To determine whether you need to become an Illinois Commerce Commission Certified Installer, click here. To apply to become an ICC Certified Installer, visit the ICC’s website.
