Our Property Management portal now offers you features to make doing business even easier. This online service is available to property managers, landlords, property owners, and realtors.
With Our Property Management Portal You Can:
- Add locations using a physical address
You have always had the ability to add locations to your agreement online; Now, you can add them using the physical address instead of by meter only. - Add multiple locations at one time
You now have the ability to add multiple locations at one time for your convenience. - View, add, and remove locations
You have the ability to add and remove locations in the future up to 60 days in advance. - Enter multiple email addresses for notifications
You now have the ability to enter up to five (5) email addresses to receive notifications regarding your locations - Schedule electric and natural gas turn-on/off dates to coincide with lease dates
- Receive emails when turn-on orders are issued or voided, a shut-off for nonpayment order is issued and the name is changed on an account
- View and download reports
- Turn on service to a property in landlord’s name
- Pre-screen a potential tenant for service eligibility
- Issue turn-on and turn-off orders for a tenant
Issuing a turn-off order for a tenant will automatically issue a start service in the landlord’s name

FAQs
Can any type of property be added to a property agreement?
All residential and commercial properties can be added to a property agreement and managed through Property Management. However, you will not be able to issue turn-on/off requests for commercial properties through the portal.
What type of email notifications will I receive from Ameren?
You can expect to receive the following types of email notifications from Ameren on properties listed in your property agreements:
- Turn-on/off order issued, maintained or voided by Ameren.
- Shut off for non-payment order issued by Ameren.
- Name change on an account.
What if my tenant calls Ameren to disconnect service?
How far in advance can I enter a turn-on order?
You can issue a turn-on order up to 30 days in advance.
How do I stop or change the date I originally entered for a turn-on/off order?
